3. Customer Responsibility – Testing Required
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to:
- Perform thorough testing of the Products with their specific packaging, stacking, and shipping requirements.
- Ensure suitability for their intended use, including but not limited to clamp truck compression, stacking strength, and load stability.
- Follow all applicable industry safety standards and best practices.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Volunteer Box LLC is not liable for damage to any goods, packaging, or equipment that occurs when using our Products.
- We disclaim liability for damages arising from:
- Improper stacking or loading.
- Clamp truck handling or compression forces.
- Misuse, alteration, or improper installation of our Products.
- Our liability is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the purchase price of defective Products, if applicable.
5. No Warranties
The Products are sold “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volunteer Box LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the Products.
